Job Description:
This company is a leader in their industry and over the past 10 years, they have developed a training program in order to provide a continuing pipeline of leadership talent for their operating facilities. You will be based in the Lexington, KY area for 18-24 months while going through this module-based program where you will learn this company’s culture, business units, methods/procedures, and systems. During the final module of this program (the last 4-5 months), you will be directly under the wing of a Sr. Manager who will mentor you in real-world people-management activities. Upon successful completion of the program, you will become a plant manager at one of this company’s U.S.-based facilities, or possibly at one of the facilities elsewhere in the World.
