Minimum Requirements:
B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering with 5+ years of out of any PSM regulated Chemical or Petrochemical plant, ideally with large scale rotating equipment, fixed equipment, cryogenics, compressors, distillation units, turbines, data analysis, utilities and distributed controls. Candidates should have experience with predictive and preventive maintenance programs, systems, etc.
Job Description:
This person will work in a 10-year-old, state-of-the-art 1000-person petrochemical facility which is currently undergoing Greenfield expansions. It is owned and operated by a large well-funded international Company that owns multiple US and overseas sites as well as technology centers. This reliability engineer position has been created due to the current plant expansions and a higher product demand. This person and the other reliability engineers will report to the Reliability Manager in support of the existing plants and the new expansions. They will be working performing short and medium-term predictive and preventative maintenance and day to day support on the following pieces of large scale equipment that includes: chlorine - caustic units, cryogenic units, turbines, distillation columns, reactors, pumps, DCS controls, and associated utilities. This company will provide relocation assistance if needed and will also provide a full package of benefits on top of base salary.
