The way I describe this company to people is – this is the biggest company nobody has heard of – the parent company of this organization is based out of Kentucky and they have almost 5,000 employees worldwide with a number of subsidiary companies under their umbrella. This person will be part of a team supporting 32 facilities, 8 of them are union facilities. This person will assist and partner with various levels of management on projects, audits, compliance, acquisitions, performance management and employee relation issues. This includes a variety of things, including administering and monitoring FMLA leaves, conducting phone and in-person interviews with potential hires, providing training with regard to new-hire orientation, benefits changes, regulatory items, and providing back-up support to HR specialists and the Director of Human Resources when needed. This person will report to the Director of Human Resources. This company has great benefits and a company culture that is truly unique among companies I have worked with.
